Downgrading

If you need to downgrade:
  1. Go to Admin > Settings > Subscription
  2. Select a lower plan
  3. Review what features will be lost
  4. Confirm downgrade
  5. Changes effective at next billing cycle
Before downgrading, ensure your member count and feature usage fit within the new plan’s limits.

Billing

Payment Methods

We accept:
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
  • ACH bank transfer (US only)
  • Invoice (Enterprise only)

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly plans bill on signup date each month
  • Annual plans bill once per year
  • Upgrades are prorated
  • Downgrades apply at next cycle

Invoices & Receipts

Access billing documents:
  1. Go to Admin > Settings > Billing
  2. View payment history
  3. Download invoices
  4. Update payment method

Non-Profit Discount

Churches and non-profits may qualify for discounts:
  • Verified 501(c)(3) status required
  • Up to 20% discount on annual plans
