Step 1: Create Church Account

Register Your Church

  1. Visit soapboxsuperapp.com/churches
  2. Click Register Your Church
  3. Enter church information:
    • Church name
    • Primary address
    • Phone number
    • Website (optional)
    • Denomination (optional)
  4. Create admin account
  5. Submit for verification

Verification Process

We verify church registrations to:
  • Prevent duplicate listings
  • Ensure legitimacy
  • Protect your church’s identity
Verification typically takes 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email when approved.

What We Check

  • Church website or social media presence
  • Physical address verification
  • Contact information accuracy
While verification is pending, you can begin configuring your account. Members just can’t join yet.

Step 2: Initial Configuration

Church Profile

Complete your church profile:
  • Upload church logo
  • Add cover/hero image
  • Write church description
  • Add service times
  • Set contact information

Step 3: Add Staff

Creating Staff Accounts

Go to Users

Navigate to Admin > Users > Staff.

Invite Staff

Click Invite Staff Member.

Enter Details

Add their email and name.

Assign Role

Select appropriate role and permissions.

Send Invite

They receive email to create their account.
