Creating a Strong Password Your password should:- Be at least 8 characters long
- Include uppercase and lowercase letters
- Include at least one number
- Include at least one special character
- Not be used on other websites

Open Settings > Account > Security

Select Change Password
Tap Change Password

Enter Current Password
Verify your identity with current password

Create New Password
Enter and confirm your new password

Save
Save changes and use new password going forward
Two-Factor Authentication
Add an extra layer of security:1
Enable 2FA
Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication

Choose Method
Select SMS or authenticator app

Verify
Enter the code sent to your phone or displayed in your app

Save Backup Codes
Store backup codes in a safe place for account recovery
Login Sessions
View Active Sessions See where your account is logged in:- Go to Settings > Security > Active Sessions
- View all devices with active logins
- See location and last activity
- Identify any suspicious sessions
- Tap on the session
- Select End Session
- That device will be logged out
- Consider changing your password
Login Alerts
Get notified of new logins:- Go to Settings > Security > Login Alerts
- Enable New Login Notifications
- Receive alerts when your account is accessed from a new device

Profile Visibility

- Phone - Hidden, Connections, or Church
- Address - Hidden, Connections, or Church
Church staff and group leaders may always have access to contact information for ministry purposes.
Activity Visibility
Choose what others can see about your activity: Reading Activity- Show/hide your Bible reading progress
- Show/hide your reading streaks
- Show/hide your devotional activity
- Show/hide when you’re online
- Show/hide your group memberships
- Show/hide your event attendance
- Control visibility of your prayer requests
- Show/hide when you pray for others
Directory Settings
Control your presence in the church directory:- Go to Settings > Privacy > Directory
- Choose to appear or hide from directory
- Select which info is visible
