When emailing, please include:
  • Your account email address
  • Your church name (if applicable)
  • Device type and operating system version
  • App version (found in Settings > About)
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshots if relevant

In-App Support

Access support directly from the app:
  1. Open SoapBox
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Help & Support
  4. Select Contact Us
  5. Fill out the support form
This automatically includes helpful diagnostic information.
