Adding Volunteers

From Applications:
  1. Review pending applications
  2. Process screening requirements
  3. Approve application
  4. Assign to your ministry
Invite Existing Members:
  1. Go to Volunteers > Add Volunteer
  2. Search for the member
  3. Send invitation to serve
  4. They accept and join your team

Volunteer Applications

Application Workflow

1. Apply

Volunteer submits application.

2. Review

Ministry leader reviews application.

3. Screen

Background check (if required).

4. Approve

Leader approves, volunteer is added.

Reviewing Applications

  1. Go to Ministry > Volunteers > Applications
  2. View pending applications
  3. Review volunteer information
  4. Request background check (if not complete)
  5. Approve or decline

Background Checks

When Required

Background checks are typically required for:

Ministry leader or admin initiates background check.

Volunteer Completes

Volunteer receives email to complete application.

Processing

Third-party service processes the check (3-7 days).

Results returned to church admin.
