Connecting Accounts

Setting Up Connections

Access Settings

Go to Ministry > Content > Distribution > Settings.

Add Platform

Click Connect next to the platform you want.

Authorize

Log into the platform and authorize SoapBox.

Configure

Set default preferences for this platform.

Managing Connections

  • View all connected accounts
  • Test connections
  • Refresh authorization
  • Remove connections
You can connect multiple accounts per platform (e.g., main church + youth ministry Instagram accounts).

Publishing Content

Quick Share

Share content immediately:
  1. Open the content (video, sermon, etc.)
  2. Click Share
  3. Select platforms
  4. Customize captions for each platform
  5. Click Publish

Scheduled Publishing

Plan your content calendar:
  1. Click Schedule instead of Publish
  2. Set date and time
  3. Choose timezone
  4. Save to queue

Batch Publishing

Share to multiple platforms with customized content:
  1. Select content to share
  2. Click Distribute
  3. For each platform:
    • Enable/disable
    • Customize caption
    • Choose format
