Best Practices

Quality teachers make quality programs. Recruit, train, and appreciate well.
Safety isn’t optional. Ensure every policy is followed every time.
Parents are partners. Keep them informed and involved in their children’s spiritual growth.
Three consecutive absences should trigger outreach. Show families they’re missed.
Curriculum should match developmental stages. Don’t just teach content; form disciples.
Mark Bible presentations, baptisms, graduations, and other spiritual milestones.
