The Background Check Process

From a Volunteer Application
- Review the volunteer application
- If background check required, click Request Background Check
- Confirm the request
- Volunteer is notified automatically
For an Existing Volunteer
- Go to Ministry > Volunteers
- Find the volunteer
- Open their profile
- Click Request Background Check
- Confirm
Bulk Requests
Need to screen multiple volunteers?- Go to Ministry > Volunteers > Background Checks
- Select Bulk Request
- Choose volunteers to screen
- Submit requests
